Only an EC NCCP Licensed Instructor/Coach with additional training is allowed to assess riders/drivers in the Learn to Ride/Drive program.
These individuals follow a rigorous program to keep their certification and screening program up-to-date. This ensures all participants have access to a safe environment and updated information following the same standard across Canada.
