Calling all equine enthusiasts, generous souls, and community champions—AEF needs your helping hands! We’re gearing up for our exciting Casino Fundraiser on December 3 & 4 at Calgary’s Deerfoot Inn & Casino, and we’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help make it a winning effort for Alberta’s equine community.
This is your chance to give back in a big way—no experience needed, just your time, heart, and enthusiasm.
Why Volunteer?
Aside from the chance to help raise vital funds for horse-loving Albertans across the province, we’ve got some real perks for volunteers:
- Free meals for every shift worked
- Hotel accommodations covered if you live more than 100 km away
- Travel costs reimbursed
- Training provided – you don’t need to know a thing about casinos (but we’ll teach you the ropes!)
- Bring a friend (or three)! Adults are welcome—no AEF membership required
- That warm, fuzzy feeling that only comes from doing something great for horses and community
