One of the benefits of being an EC NCCP-certified instructor/coach with an active Licensed Coach Status is being listed in the AEF Coaching Directory.
This public listing helps riders, parents, and facilities connect with certified professionals who meet national safety, screening, and training standards.
How the Directory Works
- Only instructors/coaches who are EC NCCP-certified and hold an active Licensed Coach Status will appear in the directory.
- If any requirement expires (e.g., PD Points, insurance, Safe Sport training, first aid), your name will be automatically removed until all requirements are met again.
- You must submit the Consent to Display Personal Information form before we can include your name.
Keeping Your Listing Active
Right now, AEF and EC’s systems are not linked — we’re working on it!
Until then:
- Update your My-EC account whenever you renew or add requirements.
- Notify AEF so we can update your file and ensure your listing remains visible.
- Without an update from you, we may not know your requirements have been renewed.
How to Get Listed
- Hold an EC NCCP certification.
- Maintain an active Licensed Coach Status.
- Submit your completed Consent to Display Personal Information form.
