Application Deadline: May 1, 2026 For coaches who are unable to attend in person, AEF will also offer an Online Video Evaluation intake for NCCP Instructor and Competition Coach certification. This flexible format allows candidates to submit required lesson videos and documentation for evaluation remotely, while still meeting NCCP and Equestrian Canada standards.
April 25–26, 2026 AEF will also host an in-person evaluation opportunity in the Edmonton area later in April. As with the Calgary event, candidates will attend one assigned evaluation day within the two-day schedule. This offering increases regional accessibility for Northern Alberta coaches.
Alborak Stables April 11–12, 2026 This two-day evaluation event will host NCCP Instructor and Competition Coach candidates. Candidates are only required to attend one of the two scheduled days. This option is ideal for coaches located in Southern Alberta or those who prefer live, in-person evaluation.
