AEF Associations, Businesses, and Affiliates with current and valid memberships are able to confirm the membership of other people without seeing any personal information beyond the name, date of last membership, and the geographical zone. In order to check memberships you must first create a login if you have not already done so. Please follow these steps:
1. Visit our new database log in page at https://cnw.albertaequestrian.com/
2. Click on the link entitled "I'm not new to AEF, I need to create or reset my login details"
3. Select the type of organization you are
4. Enter either your organization's membership number, or the email address the AEF has on file for your organization
5. Click on the "Send Reset to my Email" button. If the system is not able to find your record, please contact the AEF office for help
6. Check your email to find a new message from

7. In the email messgae, follow the instructions to click on the link and then choose a Handle and a Password for yourself.
8. You can now log into https://cnw.albertaequestrian.com/ with your Handle and Password. Be sure to select the type of organization you are when loggin in.
9. When you first login you will arrive at your own profile. Note that you can update your organization's information here, as well as renew your membership.
10. To search for members, use the Search box at the top right of the page. You can use one word, two words, or more. You can search for names, membership numbers, or handles. You can also use partial words if you are not sure of the spelling. To view the details of a single record from the displayed results, click on the membership number link at the far left of the record's line.
11. To perform another search, just use the Search box again.
12. When you are done, click on the Logout link in the top menu.
